These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

2. NO REFUND POLICY

Since your purchase is a digital product or service, it is deemed "used" after purchase, access, or attendance, and all purchases made on www.rolandthebuilder.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products and services made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. This includes but is not limited to:

• Webinar registrations and recordings

• Training program enrollments

• Coaching sessions (individual or group)

3. CANCELLATIONS

By You: If you cannot attend a scheduled webinar, coaching session, or training program, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. While refunds are not available, we may offer the following at our discretion:

• Access to recorded sessions (where applicable)

• Rescheduling to another available date (one-time only)

• Credit toward future services (at our sole discretion)

By Us: In the rare event that we must cancel a webinar, training program, or coaching session, you will be offered either a full refund or credit toward future services of equal value, at your choice.

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES

We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent you from accessing our services, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, or software incompatibilities. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary technical requirements to access our digital services.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you believe there has been an error in your purchase or you have not received the services you paid for, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your transaction details. We will investigate and resolve legitimate issues promptly.

6. MODIFICATIONS
